TOM Social Technology aims to promote the continuous improvement of school management.

SELECTION (2017)

Start the development of social technology in 6 schools of Santa Luzia do Ithany.

PARTICIPATORY CONSTRUCTION (2017)

The TOM development stages are carried out in partnership with the school management, and begins with process mapping, which generates the production of the self-assessment tool of school management. The application of this instrument aims to identify the problems and to elect the priorities that will be solved through the Action Plan developed collaboratively.

Development (2018)

Over 2018, was developed the action plans of schools that had the nonexistence or the outdated School Regiment and the PPP as main problems. In addition, we finalized the methodology of building the Regiment in a school in Santa Luzia do Itanhy.

DIAGNOSTICS

6 maturity diagnostics in management, 1 on each school.

ACTION PLANS

6 action plans for priority management problems, 1 on each school.

SELF-ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT

1 maturity self-assessment instrument, already in its second version.

SCHOOL STATUTE

1 developed solution (a school statute).
