Social technology for food security in municipal schools, integrating demand and supply from family farming with artificial intelligence, valuing the use of local foods
Social technology is being built with the involvement of the IPTI team, the municipal management of Santa Luzia do Itanhy, school managers and, in the future, with farmers and cooks.
The TAG will be an important tool for monitoring and managing school meals. It will map students with special nutritional needs, so that they receive more appropriate meals, and will contribute to better control of the receipt and distribution of food.
