Arte Naturalista trains young talent in illustration techniques and promotes social entrepreneurship
First we selected 20 teenagers with special talent for drawing from 97 candidates.
We made the best training in illustration and professional art materials available to the group and built the project's methodology together
10 young illustrators completed the training course, reaching a surprising level of technical quality, and exhibited their artwork in our first group exhibit
Some of the young illustrators became art instructors in the public schools of their respective villages
Partnerships in fashion and design were formed with private fashion companies. The participants of the project also created the fashion company, Casa do Cacete
Mangrove art and science book fully illustrated by our young local artists
Over 1,800 students benefited from 6 municipal schools (data from 2018)
